Kudos from "Down Under"

The Tropicana Unit (Sally and Curtis Nusbaum) received this written response to a recent school program.
To Whom It May Concern:
I would like to express my appreciation for the performance of the Covenant Players that my class saw recently.
I have found that since we have seen the play, I have made reference to it several times to remind children about different behaviours – particularly the part where Curtis’ character was doing something silly in order to be cool.
I felt that the simplicity of the plays [all by CP playwright Charles M. Tanner] allowed the children to focus on the messages put forward as I sometimes feel that children can be drawn to attractive colourful props and loud noises and the message gets lost altogether.
The other thing that I liked about the plays was that all the children were invited to participate in the various items in a non-threatening way. I think the children really enjoyed having a go and paid more attention to the messages being portrayed since their classmates were involved too.
Much appreciated,
